XM.Market (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent educational website focused on XM’s products, account types, promotions and risks. We are not a broker, exchange, bank or investment firm, and we do not hold client funds, execute trades or provide portfolio management.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
